      Calm Mind Yoga - 4 weeks, 90 minute sessions, $90, Wednesdays, choose from 12-1:30 pm, or 5-6:30 pmAn advanced therapeutic yoga series for taming “the monkey mind.” Our culture and environment can cause nervousness, anxiety, sleeplessness and overall stress. In this series you assemble a personal set of tools to help you calm the mind. Weekly themes are introduced to build the best approach for you. Yoga postures to tap into sensation and greater body awareness, meditation for observing the mind stuff, and breathing to calm the nervous system  Calm Mind Yoga is offered on Wednesdays, 4 weekly, 90-minute classes in June. Choose you class time: 12-1:30, or 5-6:30 pm. The same 4 week series will be offered again in July, and August. More at
